Files may fail if they exceed 50 MB, use password protection, or are corrupted. Check that your file is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG).

Are my uploaded files deleted?

Yes. All uploaded files and converted PDFs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours. Nothing is kept permanently.

Can I convert without internet?
